Organisation
- Set up the same as previous block.
- During this block DEF player may put pressure on the MID to try and dispossess
- DEF also tries to cut off 2 of the 3 furthest goals in order to keep score down based on scoring system below.
- Each player has 1 minute as the MID in this block.

Central Goal - 2 Points
Closest Goal - 1 Point

Organisation
- Players are organised into an 8V8 game situation with wide areas marked out in both final 1/3's.
- Aim to team in possession is to work the ball into either LWF CF or RWF playing through the central channel.
- When ball is played into a wide (shaded area) displayed in the image, the LWF or RWF cannot be tackled to enable a final product.

Organisation
- Ball is played into central area by any of the three servers
- In the first block defender is passive, and cannot put any pressure on the MID receiving the ball.
- MID player receives the ball and plays into any of the three goals, which in a game situation would be LWF, CF & RWF.
- Each player has 1 minute as the MID in this block.
