Organization:
1. Area as shown (8yds attacking player to gates) - ( 5yds defending player to gates)
2. Three teams of 3 players.
3. Two goals - 8 yds from gates.
Instructions:
1. Attacking player 1 attempts to dribbles through gates, if not able to get through due to defender blocking gate he/she must pass ball back to teammate.
2. Once player 1 turns back , Attacking Player 2 can start dribbling to get through gates. If defender is not blocking gates, players can dribble through and score on small goals.
3. Defenders can only defend once attacking player passes gates.
4. Continue pattern. Switch roles after 2-3 minutes.
Coaching points:
1. Area of contact (where in ball)
2. Place body in between ball and defender.
3. Chop or drag in direction of final direction.
4. Turn body with chop or drag.

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Player 1 in attacking team (green) dribbles and attempts to score on one of the goals, play 1v1 agaisnt defender 1.
2. If player 2 turns back he/she must pass the ball to teammate behind (Player 2). When Player 2 receives ball, defender 2 pressures ball. Play 2v2.
3. If Player 2 is not able to go forward and performs turn he/she must pass ball to Player 3, defender 3 joins and teams play 3v3.
4. once 3v3 occurs teams have 10 seconds to score on the goal.
5. Continue pattern. Defenders go back to roles and next attacking team starts attack.
Coaching points:
1. Area of contact (where in ball)
2. Place body in between ball and defender.
3. Chop or drag in direction of final direction.
4. Turn body with chop or drag.
Recognize opportunity to dribble to penetrate and recognize if there is no chance to go forward use dribbling skill to maintain posession of the ball.

3. Teams play 3v3. Team that is waiting chooses a player each from one of the teams. Player counts each time player chosen perfroms a turn during the game. After game, player that was counting tells player how many turns they performed during the game.
