unopposed
in this drill one player will start with the ball on the 3 stations then they will dribble in and out the cones at a game realistic pace then when you get through the cones you will pass to your team mate then they will do the same thing. and to make this harder you will just add a one two when the player gets through the cones and they will just do a one-tow with the other end man.

opposed
in this drill it is defending corners and you will have 3 defenders as your zonal players on the edge of the six yard box trying to win the header to clear the ball and the three other players are the blockers and their job id to try and block the runs and stop the attackers heading the ball into the back of the net and the attackers jobs are to run into the box and get on the end of the corner and score and the players job taking corner is to cross the ball in the box and aim for the penalty spot.

the last drill will just be a mini game and the rules are you can only have 3 touches of the ball then you run out and your touches dont reset until you pass the ball or your opponents touch the ball and you have to pass the ball 4 times before you can score to make it harder and to make them only take three touches of the ball and to make sure they pass the ball.
