Option #2 - pass the ball backward to the player closest to your goal.

Option #3 - pass the ball directly to one of the wide players. This is if the defending team is playing off of our players.

Option #4 - have two players very close together for the kickoff. Player #1 passes it to player #2. Player #2 then dribbles as far as they can.

Option #5 - Player #1 passes the ball backward to the midfielder/defender (player #2). Player #2 kicks it as far as they can into their opponent's defensive half.

The setup for your kickoff should always remain the same. These are ideas. If you have a better starting position for your team, please feel free to use it. However, if you do not, here is an easy way to begin any restart from the center of the field.
Formation - T formation. 1 player on the ball to kickoff. Players #2 & #3 are as wide as the can be.
Player #4 is located behind the player kicking the ball off.
Option #1 on a kickoff - if the defending team is pressing really high on your players, you should pass the ball to the open space behind the defenders.
