Set up
Area 50x30 yards. Split into 3 Zones (15 x 20 x 15). Goal at each end.
Rules and Conditions
Players are locked into zones.
When ball goes dead coach will play a new ball in to possession team.
One team (with overload) to keep possession, other team to try and recover ball and score in either goal.
Progression 1
Possession team can now score points by working the ball from end zone to end zone without losing the ball.

Set up
Area Full Width x 60 yards. With main goal and two goals near halfway line.
Rules and Conditions
Play 8v8. Game restarts through ball into GK (with forward passively chasing) or from a goal kick.
Yellow team to try and regain possession and score. Blue team to try and score in 2 small wide goals.
Progression
Team trying to win ball back have 8 seconds to score.
