3 outfield players from the same team can't be on the same half at any given time. Players have to keep triangle shape as much as possible

6v6 Inside the area plus 5 wall players on the outside to support team in possession.
Wall players restricted to two touch play.
No corners, throw ins.
Play start from GK, team that score stays in possession of the ball and start again from their GK.

Combination passing warm up, players passing the ball to finish on small goal as seen on the image.
We begin with 1-2 passes between 3 players resulting in a through ball for our runner to finish in a mini goal.
4 moves to 6, 6 moves to 2, 2 moves to 7,7 is coming back to the start. Working both sides alternatively.
