Organization: 1 Goal, 6 Players either side of the goal, as many balls as possible
Instructions: Player A plays to Player B who opens up and plays to player C, Player C gets ball out of feet and strikes at goal.
Players warm up by finding the keepers hands also to help understand rotation. Then players go to goal looking to score.
Coaching Points:
-Judging speed/ direction of ball to get into the correct position to strike with chosen surface
-Observation of GK to decide which surface/technique is the best option.

- Ball out of feet with first touch
- None Kicking foot next to ball
- Strike with the knuckle of your foot
- Striking ball just off center
- Quality of passing (receiving with correct foot)
- Quick rotation
Progressions:
A passes to B who lays it off back to A and finds C who goes to goal.
A passes to B who lays it off back to A and finds C. C lays it off back to B and spins out to get it back to have a shot on goal.
After play C shoots, he goes around cone to defend against other group (passive, then live defending).
Competition first to 10 goals wins.

Instructions:
White & Blue attack goals across from them. They have two players on the end line as bumpers. Players can play in any pattern that they like. Dribble & score on their own, Pass to a teammate who scores, Play to 3rd & 4th attacker for a goal.
1 person touches ball=1 goal/point
2 people touch ball=2 goals/points
3 people touch ball=3 goals/points
4 people touch ball=4 points
Game is continuous until someone gets 21 points or play for 4 min.

3 pugg goals
starting and shooting gates for each team
Marker line set up of which players must shoot ball from behind
Instructions:
Shooting player starts in shooting gate ready to receive ball
Team mate next in line of start gate strikesball to shooting player
Shooting player can take a touch before shooting ball (must be behind marker line) into their assigned pugg goal.
Shooting player goes to back of starting gate line, player who struck ball to shooting player runs to shooting gate to become next person to shoot on goal for team (rotation repeats).
Team to X amount of goals wins.
