Flying 2's (30 mins)

-Two teams play on the field (2v2, 3v3, 4v4)

-Extra players behind the goal (One player ready with a ball to start next round)

-If the ball goes over the endline or in the goal the defending team leaves the field and their second team comes on with the ball

Big Dog (30 mins)

Set Up: Split into three teams. Two teams playing while one observes.

Game: Two teams play a scrimmage, while the third sits off to the side. When a goal is scored, the team that conceded leaves, and the team that was off is now on. If you score, you stay.

Focus: Playing quickly, transitioning quickly, game-like scenarios
