    Block 1

Main Principle: Maintain controlled possession by utilising the extra players.
The team in possession aims to retain the ball by involving both goalkeepers and the two outside players, who are limited to two touches.

    Sub-Principle: Defending and Counter-Attacking
Focus on disrupting the team in possession by cutting passing lanes, forcing play in one direction, and applying pressure on the ball to regain possession. Once possession is regained, transition quickly into a counter-attack and attempt to score in either goal, utilizing the outside players for support if needed.
