Activations 1:
Getting used to the K Shape
GK starts on knees
Server 1, tosses ball in air = GK make K shape and stops the ball with one hand and gives back to Server 1
Server 2 then plays opposite side on the ground = GK making K shape stopping ball with hand in front of foot.
Progression:
1. Switch sides
2. Both in air
3. Both on ground
4. GK starts in low "duck" shape position (drops on trigger)

Activation 2:
Movement into K-Shape
GK moves towards cone and receives volley to hands
Gives ball back and instantly goes and closes down server 2 = makes K save
Progression:
1. Switch Sides
2. Volley becomes shot on ground
Coaching Points:
Approach to ball (Accl, Decl, Drop) - Which is the most important step? Why?
Which leg are we dropping on?
