Warm up (15 mins)
Part 1 (6-7 mins) - Everyone with a ball each in the area dribbling and being ceative with the ball trying new skills and ball mastery. Juggling. Pose the question - Can you come up with a new skill?
Part 2 (6-7 mins) - Tag game. Set up area as shown 25 yards x 25 yards with 4 free zones in the corners (5 yards x 5 yards). Everyone has a ball and there are 2 defenders who also have a ball and hold a pinnie. Defenders have to try and tag people while dribbling their ball. Players can be in the free zone and cant get tagged in there but can only be in there for 5 seconds. If the defenders tag someone they hand them the pinnie and now they are the defender. Play for 1 minute and whoever is the defenders after the minute loses.
Progression - instead of tagging the players they have to kick their soccer balls out of the area to switch with them.
