Pattern 2 (5 mins)
FB plays Winger and overlaps, who plays CM, CM plays through ball. All runners then make run into box for cross from FB. Same thing would come back down on opposite side of field.

Pattern 3 (5 mins)
FB plays the stiker then overlaps the winger. Striker lays off to CM (winger should be overlapping the CM to be another option). CM plays throughball to FB who crosses. All other runners get into box to finish FB cross. Same thing will be coming down the other side.

Pattern 4: 3v1 (5 mins)
FB plays the Stiker and overlaps the winger. Striker lays off to CM (Winger should be overlapping to give other option). This time the Stiker becomes the defender and it is 3v1 to goal. CM can play either the FB wide through ball or Winger inside throughball or dribble the striker now defender. Same thing will be coming down the other side.
