Pass the Hoop (10 mins)

Pass the Hoop.

Players are split into two groups, each player from each group have to hold hands and form a circle.

The game starts when the coach puts one hoop between two players in each team. the auim of the game is to transport the hoop all the way around without breaking the circle.

Best of 3 games, who can be the winner.

Team Work Games (10 mins)

Team work game 1

All the players stand next to each other within the coned area, one team has to get all there players from the previous game to the left side of the coned area and the other team has to do it to the right side of the area, players cannot step outside the cones. How quickly can they do it? Coach uses stopwatch.

Team work game 2

Can they sort themselves into age/birthdays without talking, youngest on the left side, oldest on the right side. Players cannot leave the cones, if a player talks they incur a 5 second penalty.

Passing and Moving (10 mins)

Passing and Moving

Set up like above, 2 teams competing against each other. Both teams have to be behind the small cone. The person at the front has the ball and passes it behind to the next person, once the ball gets to the back of the line, the person at the back will run with the ball to the tall cone and then to the front of the line. The winning team is the team that has the person who started back at the front in the quickest time.

Progressions: The player at the back has to bounce the ball around the tall cone and to the front.
