Organization: Square shape with players in the middle and corners
Instructions: 2 Players on the inside must switch before receiving ball from the corner and after receiving sprint to the opposite corner
Coaching Points: Players must comunicate and must move quickly on the inside to switch over receive the ball and then accelerate into the open space in the opposite corner.

Organization: Game with 2 Neutrals
Instructions: Players Can score on small goals or Dribble past the Cones in the corners. 5 Passes Min. before being able to score
Coaching Points: Players must use the idea of passing and moving to create 5 clean passing plays and then recognize the best opportunity available to score. Either by dribbling through the cones or scoring on the goals. Use the 2 neutrals as man advantage and move the ball quickly

3v1 to Outside (20 mins)
Organization: A square of 15x15.
Instructions: Players pay out a 3v1. After 4 passes they all have to move outside of the square in order to attack the big goal. Side players go wide, and centre players go in to finish the cross. The attackers have to finish out of a pass. If the defenders win the ball they can score in the goal behind the square. The attackers only have a maximum of 3 touches.
Coaching Points: quick ball movement, creating space on the outside!
Progressions: maximum of 3 touches.
