Aim: To improve a players dribbling ability and confidence to performe a game related skill move
Objectives:
Objective 1: Work in a non pressured enviroment so they get the technique of the skill.
Objective 2: Involve a passive defender so they can practise the skill to a player but still in a non pressured enviroment to increase confidence in the move.
Objective 3: Once confident put a active defender where they are able to tackle and win the ball back.

Equipment:
20 Footballs
20 Bibs (10 of 1 Colour, 10 Of another Colour)
Stack of 30 Cones
2 7-a side Goals
Whistle
Stopwatch
Pen

Organizational / Instructions
*Group Diveded equal and lined up as showen
*1 Person at a time from each group
*Dribble down the channel to the end
*Small touches to the first cone then a sprint to the end
Progression 1
*Involve a skill move once they pass the line they performe a skill move that is showen (Step Over etc)

*If 1 group is progressing very well make it more challanging (Defender active)
*Players struggling to performe the skill can do a more easier skill of choice

Organizational / Instructions
Group A = Defenders
Group B = Attackers
*Group B will start with the ball, They will pass the ball down to attackers then the game will become live
*Group A Will Defend try and win the ball before the attacker crosses the line
*Once the attackers get passed the defender they will stay at the other end of the channel and wait till the rest of the group has finished
* Every Shot you take you just go to the end of the other line

* Class will be sepereated into 2 Groups, 1 Bibbed 1 none
* Each player will Be given a Number
* Coach will shout out a number and each player corisponding to the number
* Players Will have to run around a cone at the corner of the field
* The players will have to attack and defend
