Technical Warm up: 10 minutes

Organization:
25x25 yard circle. 6 v 6 - 2v2 in the middle of the circle alternate players on the perimeter. Play starts from outside the circle into teammates in circle. Inside players must combine with each other before playing the ball to a perimeter player. Perimeter players can play to another perimeter player. Defending team to regain possession and play to their teammates on outside of circle.
Key Factors:
Playing away from pressure - first touch must be into space away from traffic.
Looking to distribute the ball away from inside players to give outside players time to react and find another player.

Organization:
2 separate lines both doing the same rotations. Players serve ball into players on 18yard line. Players on 18 must create unique runs to create space and combine with server who will shoot. server will rotate onto 18 yard line.
Key Factors:
Be dramatic with the movement - Sell the run

1) A plays B, B plays A in front of poles into middle, A shoots.
2) A plays be, B plays A behind poles, into middle. A shoots
3) A makes overlap, B goes in for shot.

Organization:
3/4 of field. Full width. Service will start from GK in large net. Light team to build out from the back, combine and look to shoot on large target. When dark team wins possession, they shoot on large net.

Objectives:
Playball wide to get players out of position and commit to pressure. Createoverloads on flank, play into box to score
Coaching Points:
Be patient with possession. Keeping goodshape ( DF-MF, MF-AT). Try to draw players out of position and Identify when isthe best opportunity to exploit an overload on flank. Look to penetrate deep into flanksof Zones 3 and 4.
