Organization:
- As shown. Groups of 6 or 7.
Instructions:
- Player A plays to B, B plays to C, C plays to D, D sets for C, C tries to score first time into mini-goal.
- Rotation: A to B to C to D to A.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass (weight dependent on action; accuracy).
- Timing of movement for B, C.
- Body shape / Quality of first touch for B and C.
- Timing of movement / Quality of set for D.
- Timing of movement / Quality of finsih for C.

Organization:
- As shown. 3v1 in small square. 1v1 in larger rectangle.
- Team with numerical advantage in 3v1 box is attacking team, team with few players is defending team.
Instructions:
- When attacking team starts or wins possession, they must play 5 passes within 3v1 square to break out.
- Once making 5 passes, attacking team may breakout towards goal by dribbling (as shown in bottom area) or playing pass into the forward (as shown in top area) and then trying to score in far mini-goal.
- One player may break-out into zone from each team (to make 2v2)
- Should defending team win the ball they may go their respective counter goal.
- Offside is in effect.
Coaching Points:
- Ability to find angles and body shape when in 3v. Decision making of attacking players when in 3v1.
- Recognition when to break out with dribble, commit defender, recognition to pass or beat defender on dribble when it becomes 2v1.
- Recognition when to break out with pass, then which player joins in should we break out with pass (player that can get in support and exploit space left by the defender).
- Timing and type of runs by forward player (recognition of where and when ball will break out from, recogniton to get ball to feet or make run in behind.
Progressions:
- Teams may only break-out with a pass.

Organization:
- 3 teams of 4. 2 on, 1 off.
Instructions:
- Teams play 3 minute games. Team that wins stays on.
- Should there be a draw, the last team to win stays on.

- Shape (diamond or box).
- Quality of pass / first touch.
