Organization:
Set up one side with a "Goal" made of cones. Other side with one cone. 30-40 yards apart. Players in goal punt the ball to the far player. Goal is for player to have a "perfect settle" (control ball in two touches (One to settle, one to control)
Receiving player goes to score. Punting player defends.
1 pont for a clean receipt 1 point for a goal. Players keep track.

Organization:
40 x 40 field
Instructions:
Divide teams into even teams. Coach punts ball into space, players win ball, make 5 passes and then score a goal into any of the 3 goals.
Scoring - 1 point for 5 passes, 1 point for goal. First team to 10 wins.

Organization: 20 yards wide, 30 yards long. "End zones" on opposite ends. 2 teams. One of each color in end zone.
Instructions: Objective is for team to move ball fron one end ot the other. Once player passes out to teammate in end zone, players switch and ball changes direction. Players may play back to originating player (forward-set-slide) but dont switch out.

1) Basic Footskills Warmup - Players dribble around open space and then on command, do the following
-Inside Roll
-Outsoide Roll
-Toe Roll
-Sole/Heel Roll
-Bell Touches
Change of Directon Moves
- Cruyff
- Matthews (V pull instep push)
- Drag Push
2) Coach New Skill (Cruyff,matthews, etc)
Coach teachesa new skill every practice or reinforces skill not seen executed during previous practice and/or week
When coach says "go" player exploes/changes direction to a cone and dribbles around it.
Coaching Points:
In addtion to key points for each move above during the triangle activity, consider the following
-Use of change of speed/Accelleration on dribble and out of move
-Ask questions to get players to "self-diagnose" what they could be doing to improve on moves
