Blues play against Reds. They can use yellows as extra players to create combinations and goal scoring opportunities. Blues play 3 touch, yellows 2 touch, and reds unlimited to start. If reds win ball, they attack the countergoals.
Coaching Points
- Movement off the ball
- Supporting angles of yellow players
- Find the ball penetrating multiple defenders
- Stay facing the game at all times
- Deceptive passing and change of pace in movement
- Develop a rhythm and break rhythm with high tempo short passes

Blues and Reds play 2v2 in the middle. Either team can use all the players on the outside. Players on the outside have 2 touch and cannot play to the other outside players. Outside players always play to the team that gave them the ball.
