GAME: Finishing drill

SETUP: 5 players & GK, 4 balls & 1 pole.
AREA SIZE: 18 yard box

EXPLANATION: Player A has 4 oppurtunities to score. He sprints from penalty spot out to pole & back into box & receives low pass from Player B to shoot. Once he has his shot, he has to sprint back out to pole & back into box for a cross from Player C. Once he has his header/volley he has to sprint out to pole & back into box for low pass from Player D. Once he has his shot he has to sprint out to pole & back into box for cross from player E.

PROGRESSIONS: Player A becomes Player B, B becomes C, C becomes D, D becomes E, E becomes A

COACHING: Work for the GK, wanting good finishing from striker, good crossing & striker taking up the correct position for the cutback/cross
