Organization: 10x10 box. 4 cones in corners, with 4 more cones placed about 3-4 yards outside of box. One player on each cone, one ball per group.
Instructions: Players will pass to the person to their right, following their pass. Before they recieve the ball/person passes them the ball, they must check out to outside cone, and check back in.
Coaching Points: Head up, quick movement to outside cone. Receive with proper foot (across body), pass with correct technique. Be vocal and call for ball.
Progressions: Switch pass direction so players pass with opposite foot.
Add give-and-go (e.g. 1 pass to 2, 2 drops to 1, 1 passes across to 3. 3 then drops to 2, who plays across to 4, and so on).

Instructions:
1v1+1. 1v1 in middle grid. +1 on each side to use as bounce players. Players can dribble, pass or shoot. Intensity should be high for 60-90 seconds and rotate. Players on outside must move to create good passing angles. Attacking players must make quick decisions & play quickly. Defending players must press & try to win ball back as fast as possible.
Coaching Points:
Positive first touch with sole of the foot
Get ball out of feet in order to make the pass
Eyes up while ball is traveling to move ball quickly
Decision Making (when to pass, when to dribble, when to shoot)
Speed of play (Be quick, Be Fearless, Score!!!)
Progressions/Regressions:
Add half way line to incentivize defending higher up the field (If you win ball and score in attacking 3rd, 2 points per goal
