Groups of 5-6: 2 Balls
2 GKs at the points of the diamonds.
GKs Check wide and deep of the mini cone goal asking for the ball w/visual and verbal cue. Recieve and play to next gk and move to next cone in diamond.
A:Clockwise and recieve with inside foot (closet to goal) and play w/back foot.
B: Same as above but counterclockwise pattern.
C: Counter Clockwise pattern: Recieve with outside foot and touch across body before pass
D: Same as above but clockwise pattern.
CPs
-Weight/Quality/Accuracy of pass
-Surface of foot and which foot
-Visual and verbal communication when asking for the ball.
-Angle of Support when dropping off for the ball.

Groups of 6-8 Per Goal: Work both sides [6 Reps per side]
A: S1 bowls to S2 which is cue for GK to move into 2nd Goal Position. Deals w/scoop/front smother service.
B: S1 bowls to S2 which is cue for GK to move into 2nd Goal Position. Deals w/service for Contour or basket.
C: S1 Passes ball to S2 which is cue for GK to move into 2nd Goal Position. Deals w/service for low collpase dive
D: S1 Passes ball to S2 which is cue for GK to move into 2nd Goal Position. Deals w/service for mid-range collapse dive. Returns ball to S2 who bowls ball to S1 and GK must close space to win, smother, or block @ mannequin.

-Reading the cues to get into 2nd goal position
-Handling Technique and decision-making
-2nd Goal positioning: arms length from post, butt and heals in line w/post.
-Keeper call when coming off line and diving.
-Bravery and patience to hold shape as long as possible.

Recognzing cues and decision making.
Ball starts centrally and combines with central player at mannequin, then the play is live: different conditions for each progression.
Black and Red Lines- Coach can combine and then shoot
Blue and Orange Lines - Coach can combine and play into one of the two wide players: if they do the coach and central player can add in to be goal scorers for the cutback ball.
Progression: waiting GK becomes defender and opposite side wide player can be a 3rd runner in the box.
