A further drinks break will be done whilst moving the cones and creating two end zones , before we enter the 25 minute small sided 4v4 game , end zones will be bought in and will be reduced as required to make the playing area smaller as the physical load and quality starts to waver.
During this 20 minutes SSG there will plenty of stop start demonstrates / instructions will be introduced as well as swapping players , again this is to manage the load , plus introduce fresh challenge's to the players there as well as targets of how many passes can we complete before we get in the end zone , how many end zone points can we achieve with a 5 minute period.
The session will end on a debrief of how we believe the session went.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1st variation of the session is to pass the ball in a clockwise direction to your team mate who will receive on back their backfoot and play in the same direction and follow their pass, all this will take place on the outside the cones.
2nd Variation of this session is the same as the first playing on the outside of the cones though a bounce pass will be played by the ball receiving player back to the sender at a shorter distance before playing the ball at angle and playing the one two.
Once comfortable we may progress in a anticlockwise direction and if the session looks like its breaking down we shall return to variation one , coach / player demonstrations will be used
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Receiving on back foot, positive touch, using the inside of the foot and opening up your body to make a firm pass to your team mate. how many times/ passes can the team get around without the drill breaking down.
