RUSH PASS AND SLIDE

Set up: 4 player and one ball

Play two touch first then one Instructions: 

  •   In a diamond , players pass the ball to the right (receive and play) , Then start and go to the left
  • Moving on your side of the rectangle, pass to anyone in the group
  • Server plays one of sliding inside players (X's). They play back to server who plays across to other server. Repeat from other side
  •  Server plays one of sliding inside players (X's). They combine and with to other inside player X who drops to the original server, they play across to other server 
  •  Server (S) plays one of sliding inside players (X's). They play to other inside player who plays across to the other server.
