Players are "locked in" to start with, except a midfield player can make a 3 v 2 in the attacking third.
Thee Blue team is made up of the positions shown.
How to Play
Server plays into the Blues. Must make at least 3 passes and can use the GK/server to retain possession.
Must then progress the ball through the thirds to try to work a shot at goal.
Progress to free play.

Defending Deep and Retaining Possession (40 mins)
Objective
1. Play 3v3 inside the 30x20 area. The red defenders must prevent the attacker from scoring through the gate, upon winning the ball he can attempt to pass/RWTB/dribble into the opposite goal to score. Play as a normal SSG. Use the no mans land players to help the attacking side
2. Same as above, however when the attacker passes the ball in the area the opposite server can step in making the attackers 4v3 in their favour encouraging 2v1's as previous
