In the previous game multiple times we were trapped against the sideline and conceded possession.
The purpose of this session is to improve the teams ability to open up the pitch from a M3 Throw in. In our last game were struggled to open up the pitch and retain possession. This resulted in many undesirable turnovers and led to a goal.
In the Premier League 23 season, M3 regains contributed to the highest contributor of regains at 18% . This was measured on teams losing the ball in M3 within 4 passes or less. 31% were from open play ranked top. Moreover, from set plays, Throw-in from M3 is third behind corners and penalties at 12% .

Prinicples to focus on are: Width from FB, mobility (switching point of attack and clever movement to open passing lane) and depth.
Passing detail: every blade of grass, back foot, good ball speed (firm).
