1 - 3 players pass the ball around the square creating angles for the passer.
2 - to progress add a defender into the middle. Defenders have to try to win the ball but are not allowed outside of the box. If they win the ball the loser swaps into the middle and becomes the defender.

2' s start in the middle blue box. 1's start on the outside of the red box.
2's dribble out of the blue area and have to find a free 1 on the outside to pass to. 1 will control the ball then switch with 2, so they have to dribble through the blue area and find a free player on the outside. So it is a constant rotation of players. This will limit rest time for player thus highlighting player fitness.
To progress after 5 minutes a 1/2 defender(s) will be add. This will add an extra spotlight on the players awareness. Defenders can be swapped in and out quickly every 1-2minutes.

2 team compete in the middle.
At each end of the area there is a Endzone, teams have to pass the ball into the endzone to the target player. If they do this their team scores a point. The Target player will then pass out to the opposite team to restart the game.
On the sides of the area there are 2 support players one on each side. These players can be used by either team.
