Break the group in to 3 teams of 8.
Grid 1: 10,8,6 for PINK team working against 3 players on Black/Yellow and 2 Green players bumpers
Grid 2: 10,8,6 for Green team working against 3 players on PINK and 2 Black/Yellow players bumpers
Grid 3: 10,8,6 for Black/Yellow team working against 3 players on Green and 2 PINK players bumpers
Play starts with a ball served to middle 3 players; 6/8/10 all have to touch the ball before it can go to a bumper (earns 1 point). If the other triangle wins the ball, they try to complete 3 passes among them selves and then get to a bumper.

Area: On a 75Wx 60L yard field divided into thirds with 6 small goals 8v5 To Goal to 6 Goals -
Who: #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #8, #9, #10.
Game is played in the midfield third. The game starts with #4 or #5 receiving the ball from the server in the defending third. No defending in the defending third. #6, #8 and #10 need to make sure they show for the ball at the right moment. #2 & #3 will provide width. The goal is to receive the ball in the channels.
After a goal is scored, Blue #4 or #5 restarts play.
If the team break the line into attacking third, they can go to goal and only one defender is allowed to track back and apply pressure. The team tries to score in any of the 3 goals and the other can do the same.
COACHING POINTS
Supporting angle and distance
Movement of the ball.
Receiving body position - half turned.
Diagonal passes to unbalance the opponent.
Recognize when to create 2 v 1.
