Equipment
Balls: 1 in the activity and 8 (4 per sideline) to play in quickly when the ball leaves the pitch
Goals: Two 11v11 size nets or use a 9v9 net for the goal at the half
Cones: 12 to 14 cones to mark off the grid
Pinnies: 2 green for GK's, 3 White and 3 Orange for Central Players, 2 yellow and 2 blue for Neutral Players
Description
-Use half of a full pitch and mark out the zones as shown
-3v3 situation in the central zone, and 4 neutral players in the side zones.
-3v3 players are restricted to shooting in their own attacking half of the central zone.
-Starts with one team in possession and the objective is to quickly pass the ball to a teammate in
the other zone and attack by using the 2 neutrals in the side zones.
-The neutrals cross the ball in and there is a 3v3 situation with the attackers trying to score (1 point).
-The defenders try to clear the ball so the team can make a fast transition from defense to attack with the
same objective (they pass to the other zone, then to a neutral player out wide who crosses the ball).
Coaching Points
1. Players should be checking their shoulders and looking for space to run into to receive passes
2. Play the ball quickly (two touches if possible) when switching the field to the neutral players
2. Monitor the movements inside the two central areas of the grid
3. Accuracy, weight, and timing of the passes/crosses

ABC Passing
Equipment
-6 Balls in activity, 4 balls on the outside to be played in if balls leave the pitch
-Two mannequins or 6 Pylons
-6 Yellow and 2 Orange cones
Description
-One continuous activity
-Both sides begin simultaneously
-Players follow their pass
-Player A passes to Player B, B takes a touch out of foot to the left and passes into space for Player C to run onto, C dribbles to the back of the A line
-Player B should check shoulders before receiving from Player A
-Player C checks to orange cone while the ball is travelling from Players A to B and then back to gate (yellow cones) before making the run into space to receive from B
1st Progression:
Same pattern but reverse the direction (orange check marker cones will need to moved to the opposite sided oft the gates)
2nd Progression:
-When Player A passes to Player B, A will now move into the space to their right or left depending on the direction the players are passing, B will pass back to A who will take a control touch and then pass the ball down into the space for Player C to run onto
Coaching Points:
-Weigh of pass
-Players on their toes at all times ready to receive the pass
-Players at C Gate timing their check and runs into space with the pass from A to B
