Organization: 1 ball 1 player at each cone
Instructions: On coaches instruction, perform different skills moves on command:
1. toe touches
2. round the cone and back stop th ball
3. run to the cone and back.
Coaching Points: keep the ball close, head up when running with and without the ball

-25x25 area divided in half
-30 small cones
- 2 tall cones
-one ball per player
- two teams
Instructions:
-players must dribble to the other side around the tall cone and back through the small cones with out touching them. as soon as player gets back next one can go.
- when all the players have gone at least once then its a race to see what team can do the exercise first
Coaching Points:
- keeping ball close
- head up
-technique 1st, speed 2nd
Progressions:
- if players touches the cone must do 10 toe taps.
- as soon as player goes around tall cone next player goes ( now players have to be aware of cones plus which wat his team mate is going so they dont crash )

- dont let sharks get your ball
- become a shark if looses ball

- One player from each teams goes in the playning area and tries to score a goal on any of the other two goals
- coah will provide the soccer balls
- First team to score 10 goals Wins !
