- To improve in diving confidence.
Structure:
- The keeper moves around the block and goes into a diving position to stop the ball by the coach.
Technical Points:
- Dive in a way they can push themselves upwards for a second potential ball and to get them quicker back on their feet

Essence:
- Quick movements into a 1v1 for a warm up
Structure:
- The players with both feet jump over the line 10 times and then sprint to the other line and back. One goes to the 25 and the other to the other 25 (run in opposite directions)
- Whoever gets the ball first will attack and the other defend.
Technical Points:
- When defending we stay in a low position with staggered feet.
- If you know you're getting their first, position yourself to slow the attacker down
- Attacker who gets the ball use that pace and move the defender to create space (work on 3d skills)

- Coach gives high ball to left glove then a second bouncing ball to be hit in the left frontal zone with stick. Then a ball from left goes in and vice versa with right goalie.
Technical Points:
- High hands and body weight leaning forwards.
