35 yards wide x 45 long adjust based on age and numbers. 8 yard scoring zone
3 progressions 6 minutes each progression.
Once a team scores on one side they quickly transition and attack the other side, defenders may not enter the scoring zone. Offside is in effect a player may not be in the scoring zone prior to the ball being played.
1.Teams can score by dribbling into the scoring zone or by finding a pass into the scoring zone if they can score in the Middle channel its worth 2 points, encourage them to look for this pass as it relates to going straight to goal in a game instead of a wide area and then having to supply a cross.
2. Teams may only score now by playing a pass into the scoring zone.
3. Teams may now earn a bonus point by playing the pass into the central zone and then scoring a goal on the small goal 1 touch

2. Play starts the same way only now they play a 1-2 at the first cone then find the top of the diamond and then find the next player...repeat but now play through the left side first.
