What: Defensive organization on athe attacking third (3-4-1-2 formation) To prevent the opponent form playing forward into the midfield through the middle and to fore the opponent to play outside.
Who: 11, 7, 10, 9, 6, 8, 5, 2, 3
Where: Attacking Third
When: When opposition are in possession of the ball trying to advance forward from a reset.
Why: In order to establish good pressure and structure to win the ball high up the field and counter to goal.
Coaching Points: 1. Syncronized movement to zonal press and force the opponent outside, 2. FW has to lead the movement and CM and D needs to read his body position, 3. Stay compact, 4. Quick transition to attack the soace and get out of the pressure.
Guided Questions: Which way do we want the ball to go? Who is the first second or third defender? How do we invite the pass out of the back?

4v4 + GK
- Red team has two goals to score
- Outside goal: 1 point
- Middle goal: 3 points
Blue team needs to work together to force opponent to play outside. If blue team recover the ball, one attacker can join the middle free zone to finish.
Coaching Points: 1. Syncronized movement to zonal press and force the opponent outside, 2. FW has to lead the movement and CM and D needs to read his body position, 3. Stay compact, 4. Quick transition to attack the soace and get out of the pressure.

9v9 + GK
- Red team can score in either one of the three goals and advance to the midfield zone
Outside goals: 1 point
Middle goal: 3 points
Blue team needs to work together to retrive the ball and score in the big goal. If red team is able to get out of the pressure passed the green line, two blue defenders (2 and 4) get out of the field and blue team needs to recover in zonal marking.
Coaching Points: 1. Syncronized movement to zonal press and force the opponent outside, 2. FW has to lead the movement and CM and D needs to read his body position, 3. Stay compact, 4. Quick transition to attack the soace and get out of the pressure.
