Equipment
- Flat Discs to mark a straight line
Instructions
- Have players line up on the line marked by the flat discs facing the same direction
- Up is Down, Down is Up, Left is Right, Right is Left
- This is to get the players to start thinking
- On the coaches command the players are to do the following; When you go down you touch your toes, When you go up you jump for a header, When you go left or right you go 5 yards and then back to the line

Equipment
- 1 Soccer ball between a pair of players
Instructions
- Players are to pass the ball back and forth with one another
- Focus is on the first touch being out of their feet to enable them to pass the ball back quickly
- Players can use any foot
- Make sure players are going to the ball and are on their toes and not jsut waiting for the ball
Progression
- Give a number to each person 1 or 2
- When the coach calls "Even" or "Odd" number, that number is to do a sepcific task the coaches says and then continue passing (ex. 5 toe taps, 5 bells, 5 push ups, 5 sit ups, etc.)

Instructions
- This is a 3v1 possession activity within the designated grid
- The 3 players who have the ball, are to keep possession of the ball within the grid for 30 seconds
- If the defender wins the ball, they give it back to the attackers and they continue until the 30 seconds are up
- Players are meant to move anywhere within the designated area (Not to stand on the sides)
- Coach times the 30 seconds and says "switch" when time is up and the players are to switch the player in the middle
- This goes on until every player has had a chance in the middle
Progression/Coaching Point
- Players with the ball should not wait for the defender to come to them before passing the ball off
- The player with the ball should attack the defender and then look to play the ball off to an open player and can then call for it back

- 6 flat discs
- Soccer balls
- 4 small goals
Instructions
- The server (GK) starts with the ball and distrbutes it to the attacking players in Zone 1.
- The attacking players (red) move the ball around in Zone 1 and when they have the opportunity to, try to pass the ball to the player in the opposite zone (Zone 2).
- Once the ball have made it successfully to the player in Zone 2, two of the attacking players from Zone 1 on the sides run into the opposite zone, join the attack and try to score on the two nets in Zone 2
- There is a player in Zone 2 on the end as extra support for the attacking team
- Once the ball is played to Zone 2, 1 defender can go and try to win the ball back. If the defenders win the ball they can try to score in the goals in Zone 1
Progression
- Try to get the attackers to move the ball quicker
- Try to split the defenders when you can
- Once the ball is played to Zone 2, it is all 1 touch
- Focusing more on attacking, however defenders are to stay compact and communicate to each other

- Get all players to line up the line
- Have flat discs 12 yards from the players
- Have cones 25 yards from the players
- Every exercise is done in 3 speeds: Slow, Medium and Fast
- The first 3 exercises (Running, Side Shuffle, Karaoke) are done up to the 25 yard line.
- Have players Run at a Slow pace up to the 25 yard line and then Run backwards; Medium pace; Fast Pace
- Have players Side Shuffle at a Slow pace up to the 25 yard line and then Run backwards; Medium pace; Fast Pace
- Have the players do Karaeoke at a Slow pace up to the 25 yard line and then Run backwards; Medium pace; Fast Pace
- Have the players then do Butt Kicks at a Slow pace up to the 12 yard line and then Jog back; Medium pace; Fast Pace
- Have the players then do High Knees at a Slow pace up to the 12 yard line and then Jog back; Medium pace; Fast Pace
