9 Players
Player A1 passes the ball to player M. As player A1 passes, one of the two defenders (D1 or D2) must run up into the back of player M to create pressure. Player M must scan before receiving the ball to see which player is putting pressure and chop the ball to the opposite side of the pressure. So if player D2 presses first on M when receiving from A1 then M should chop to their left and pass to A2. If that happens then A2 restarts and the two active defenders are now D2 and D4 (always the players in the attacker's back are the active defenders)

3 groups of 4.
1 group occupies the outside of a 10x10m zone. 2 groups in the middle. One a defending team, the other an attacking team. The attacking team must receive the ball from an outside player and look to get it to a different outside player. They may pass to one of their team mates inside the area but only score when they get the ball to the outside player without the defending team getting the ball.
Minimum of 2 touches.
1st Touch Skill Intro (10 mins)
Groups of 4 or 3 works.
Player A1 starts with the ball and passes to player B. Player B takes first touch by chopping the ball sideways to face player A2 and then passes to him, who plays it back to B and B does the same to pass to A3. At this point A3 passes back to B and B chops the ball to their right and they go the opposite way
