Player at cone 1 passes a long ball to the far player at cone 2. They then proceed to run to the middle of the box of cones and times their run to arrive there at the same time of the ball, which will come back from the player at cone 2.
JUST before receiving the back from the far player (whilst in the middle of the square), the passer yells out the colour of a cone and the receiver tries to turn in that direction ot exit the box.
RED = Open reception back to the original cone
BLUE= Receive in motion and curl left/right
YELLOW= Receive and curl immediately to their left
BLACK = Receive and exit to their right
** this is the most advanced version of this drill. start with the athletes doing a handful of reps in each direction. Vary between static and moving reptions and only progress to the final stage when the athletes are capable and ready.

P1 passes the ball to P2 through the gate
P1 then runs through the gate and curls to the left
P2 passes the ball for P1 to receive with an upright backhand reception
P1 then runs with the ball and places it by their cone.
P2 then does the same thing with a new ball
Focus on receiving while moving forward, not stationary.

All players rotate through X
-Players 1,2,3 have a ball
-P1 passes to X and X passes back and so on
- When P1,2,3 receive the pass back they turn and dribble around the cone.
(i) Dribble and curl strong stick around the cone
(ii) Dribble, Left foot pivot
(iii) Dribble curl right - strong stick
(iv) Dribble curl right - reverse stick

Player A performs a V Drag then shoots on net.
Player B performs a lifted dribble over cones then shot on net.
Player C Indian Dribbles through a line of cones with a shot on net.
Change lines after shot. Player A goes to Player Bs original position, Player B moves to Player Cs position and Player C moves to Player As position.

Each player has 9 balls, 3 at each cone.
At the same time, each player shoots the first ball from the edge of the D and quickly sprints to the second cone, grabs the ball and brings it into the D and shoots again. Proceed to the furthest cone and do the same thing. Complete 3 reps consecutively until all 9 balls have been shot.
Collect the balls and rotate to a different set of cones. Can make this an internal competition or put targets in the goal. Can vary the shots.

Technical Passing
Players stand 10m away from each other and pass ball between. One ball between two players.
Start 10m away, beginning with push passing and two touch trapping.
Variations: coutinue to expand the distance between players and work on a variety of different passing techniques (ie push passing, sweep hits, upright hits, backhand sweeps).
