Dynamic Stretches
1. Legs apart, bounce L, C, R (5x)
2. Calves 1, 2, 3 switch (2x each leg)
3. Knee to chest into Figure 4 with footwork in between (2x each)
4. Quad strech with footwork in between (2x each)
5. Speed skater with footwork in between (2x each)
6. Spiderman/Rollback (4x each)
7. Reverse RDL + Reverse lunge + Overhead reach (4x each)
8. Open/Close the Gate (4x each)
9. Lateral lunge (2x each)
10. Squat Jumps (4x each)

Objective: improve our combination play
Organization: 8-16 players in a circle with 2-4 on the inside with soccer balls.
Instructions: players on the inside pass the ball to players on the inside who dribble in and find another outside player with the ball.
Variations: (1) wall pass, (2) overlap, (3) up/back/thru, (4) add players on the inside without a ball to add another combination inside.
Coaching Points: (1) Quality of passing; (2) Quality of receiving; (3) Movement; (4) Communication.

Objective: improve our ability in We Phase 2 to go to goal and score goals.
Organization: 4 mannequins top of the center circle like the opponent's back 4. Lanes. Dots at 8 yards below the center circle. 11 players. One goal top of the 18 the other even with the PK spot.
Instructions: play 11v0 working on patterns to goal.
Variations: (1) layer in defenders who can only defend between the center circle areas. (2) defending team can counter attack to the goal at the top of the 18.
Patterns: (1) UBT using the 9, (2) Ajax run on the switch, (3) inside/outside run by the 7/11 when the 2/5 have the ball, (4) diagonal ball behind the 9 checking, (5) criss cross runs 9/7 or 9/11.
Coaching Points: (1) be a threat with our movement, (2) the space behind the center backs is the most dangerous, (3) always look to go forward.

Objective: to improve our play in WeP2.
Organization: Top of the 18 to end line. Include lanes. Play up to 11v11.
Instructions: teams play up to 11v11.
Coaching Points: (1) 5 vertical lanes, (2) distances, (3) utilizing the space effectively.
Pass & Move: (1) 8/10 lateral movement to clear space for the 6 and switch, (2) Underlapping 2/5, (3) drop and roll play to forward who lays it off and spins out in opposite channels, (4) Up/Back/Thru patterns.
Switches: (1) weak side 2/5, (2) weak side 7/11, (3) ajax run.
