First 15 minutes of the game I would set the challenge Volley or laces outside the box or a side footed first time finish inside the box = 2 goals to encourage the players to try what they had just worked on and then finish the session with the last 15 minutes free play, almost always after a shooting session players will leave happy its something keepers defenders midfielders and attackers all enjoy.

Organisation (Layout)
Practice is set for 11 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper, bib up players on arrival ready for the small sided game at the end, 1 player on the 18 yard line and the other 10 outfield players all with a ball each queued behind the edge of the centre circle, a good supply of footballs needed to keep the session flowing.
Adaptations to the practice
(Progressions/Regressions/Challenges)
1. All players up on their toes ready to play, Player A starts by playing a side footed pass into player B and shout on which side they want the ball laid off, player B lays off the ball on the required side and player A will finish with a side footed shot on goal from in or around the edge of the area, player A now replaces player B as the layer and player B joins the back of the shooting queue, this continues for 10 minutes encouraging players to be brave and try to shoot with both feet.
