Medicine Ball Top Hand Activation
- GK starts from kneeling position, behind dot marker, and steps onto front foot to toss medicine ball to S2 (blue) as they dive that direction.
- S1 plays low (Activation) shot at GK on an angle
- GK defends goal from S1 (low shot), then immediately defends tossed ball overhead from C - trying to promt a top hand parry over the crossbar

JW Medicine Ball Push
- GK starts from kneeling position, behind dot marker, and steps onto front foot to toss medicine ball to S1 as they dive that direction.
- S1 catches, places ball on the ground , and plays low (Activation) shot at GK on an angle
- GK defends goal from S1, then quickly repositions for live shot from C
- C aims to shape shot high and just inside airbodies (adjust width as needed to encourage appropriate save)
