Field Dimensions:

15W by 25L with each SBZ 10 Yards Long

*Neutral player is on 3 touches and free to move anywhere.

Defenders try to cut off play to neutral player in shaded area to deny bonus point and delay transition.

Recognize who should apply pressure first to slow progression of ball, and create shape off of pressure.

Progression:

6 passes = 1PT.

Game (25 mins)

7v7 or 8v8 game to goal. 40yard long field. Use natural boundaries available for width. Football lines or lacrosse lines.

Teams play in either 1-3-1-2 or 1-4-2/1-4-1-1 in 7v7

add a CM if playing 8v8.

Field is compact to create scoring opportunities.

Defenders should find marks and press quickly to prevent turns or shooting chances.

Adjust size of field to suit the number of players.

Add target players on the sidelines to keep all players involved with bigger groups. Target players can be conditioned with touch limits, or to switch into game with player that passed them the ball.
