defenders must stay in defensive zone , they can pass to each other before find correct pass into mid zone - yellow neutral plays with possession team always .
once 4 passes are made then that team can attacking opposition defenders ( neutral stays )
if defenders win ball they play quickly into middle zone , attackers must get back quickly to stop 4 passes being made and T2A .
if attackers score , play starts from that end .
