Cues to Press:
1.) 9 initiates the press and closes down opposition 4; 10 recognizes and must block the passing lane to the opposition 6 and 5
2.) This creates a funnel and forces the opposition 4 to play their 2
3.) This sequence is key; our 11 cannot go too early; we want their 4 to think this is a good pass
4.) As the ball is traveling, our 11 sprints towards the opposition 2, doing it in a way that blocks a ground passing lane for the opposition 7
5.) Our 3 can go double team their 2 if: our 11 is one time and blocks the passing lane; if their 2 receives the ball facing his goal or facing his midfield; if their 2 miscontrols the ball badly

Cues to Press:
1.) #9 or #10 initiates press - make the keeper play to one side of the field or the other
2.) Once the Keeper chooses a side of the field, our goal is to then create funnels and make them play in areas where if we win the ball, we can have a chance to score quickly
3.) Backline manmarks but keeps one player free - that free defender should be the fastest and act as a sweeper if anything gets through
4.) Backline should play at halfway line and keep a tight line so that if anyone crosses the halfway line, they are offside (Free Sweeper* can change and doesnt have to be the 5)
5.) 7 & 11 are always responsible for pressuring the widest player, usually opposition 2 & 3.
6.) 6 & 8 always need to match opposition midfielders but shift depending on the side the ball is on
7.) Players movement needs to be cognizant of the players in front of them; if the 9 & 10 go, the 7 & 11 must recgonize; if the 7 & 11 go, the 6 & 8 must recognize, etc.
8.) 3 & 2 can leave man mark and go double team in the wide areas when: the opposition wide player takes too long on the ball, when the opposition wide player has no option going forward, when the opposition wide player recieves the ball with a close body position, when the man they are marking is offside, when the man they are marking isn't in a passing lane that is available
9.) The 6 & 8 can interchange as well as the 9 & 10 in this sequence
