Double Rondo with Penetration

2 squares of Rondo (4 players)

2 defenders aloud in the box (4v2) 1 defender can guard the center line

Playes must keep possession of the ball and make at least 2 switches before sending a team mate on a break away towards the net - 1 defender can follow and try to shut the play down

Rondo-

Can we 1 keep possession

Can we attract 1 defender to create space for a team mate

Can we make an appropriate switch

Penetration-

Can our first touch lead us towards the goal

Can we adjust our body positioning so we can shoot

Eye on the ball and follow through

If defenders win ball the have to try and make a pass and pass to the coach

*important for coaches - we should always have a minimum of 2 balls, 1 in each hand and 1 at foot

3v3 + 3 Neutrals

Dimentions may vary depending on amount of players

Players play 3v3 +1N and look to switch the ball to the neutrals on the outside

Players with ball get a point for making a successful switch from one netral to the other

*Can we loose our mark

*Can we create space for ourselves/team mates

*attack defender with the ball to open up other players
