set up 5v5 +1 or whatever numbers we have in the centre circle try to have a floater to give the team in possession the overload,
balls round the edge of the centre circle
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
6 passes is a point, if ball goes out of the circle the team in possession gets the ball played in and the player that kicks it out stands on the edge for 4 seconds giving the team in possession a extra overload, this will encourage them to play quickly whilst the other team gets set, when the coach blows the whistle both teams have to run to the edge of the 18 yard box where balls will be placed on top of cones, the team that gets there first will receive 5 points,
work to rest ratio
- 3 min possession 30 second rest
- 2 min possession 1 min rest
- 1 min possession 3 min rest
this is 1 set, the idea being how many sets can we get to first session of pre season then we will repeat 4 weeks later, this is a good arobic workout competitive whilst still using the ball, winning team picks forfeit for losing sidecoaching points
