Two cones 5 yds apart with a flat disc in the middle to mark out a straight line. Two players on either side of the line, players will not cross the line.
Instructions:
Round 1: Neither player has a ball. One player is attacker, defender shadows from other side of line. Attacker has to beat defender to either cone, attacker receives a point if he gets there first. Play for one minute then switch roles.
Round 2: Both players have a ball. At their own speed, each player practices L-turns back and forth at the cones. Gradually increase speed. See how many can be done in one minute.
Round 3: Same as Round 1 but now attacker has a ball. Attacker has to beat defender to either cone, attacker receives a point if he gets there first. Play for one minute then switch roles.
