Small-Sided Game
- Alison - Supported by Mabel and Bart
- Mike - Supported by Jenna and Matt C
- 4v4/5v5/ 4v4 + 1 if needed based on numbers.
- Using half field
- Blues can play back through their yellow GK who can help re-set to build up the attack. Blues attack the big goal and the greens if they win the ball attack the counter goals.
- After 10 minutes switch the teams around
Variations:
- Put different passing conditions on the game (i.e. 4 passes equals a goal)
- Combination play around defender = 1 goal

Isolated Passing & Recieving - Y Drill (20-25 minutes)

Organization:
- Mark out 15-20 yard box/ 2 mannequins
- 3-5 players start with the balls at the one cone
- Encorporating 1v1 Dribbling and Passing and Recieving with an enphasis on Body Shape, First Touch and Speed/Pace of Pass.
Instructions:
1. P1 starts with the ball. P2 check away then back to recieve the ball. P2 must open up off first touch and play to P3 at the far cone. All passes can be played to start infront of the cone. P3 takes a few touches and performs 1v1 move at the Mannequinn before passing to P4. All Player follow their pass.
- Always working down both sides of the grid by alternating.
2. P1 starts with the ball and passes to P2 who checks away then back to the ball and recieves. P2 opens up off of first touch and plays to P3 at the far side. As P3 recieves P4 checks off and recieves by turning and dribbling back to the start.
3. P1 starts by playing to P2 who checks away and then back to the ball to receive. P2 opens up on first touch and MUST play the ball now to the inside of of the cone for P3. P3 Must take their first touch behind the cone and off their second touch plays pass to P4. This time P4 check 1-2 yards off the cone and recieves in behind the cone using guided first touch to the start.
4. Lay-offs everywhere - I Touch (this will be dependent on the skill level of player/groups)
- P1 passes to P2, P2 passes back to P1 1-touch, P1 then passes to to P3, P3 passes to P2 and P2 back to P3, P3 passes long to P4 and P4 passes back to P3, P3 to P4 into space.

- Body Shape (hips and shoulders open)
