See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Area - Half field
Play starts with the red team red team try to score
Yellow team will play high line defending and try to win the ball possession
If yellow team wins the ball possession they can score in the small goal post
Progression - Add a attacker to create overload
Coaching points - The defensive line should shuffle across the field quickly, force the opposition to playing around rather than playing through & central channel, triggers - wait for the right time to win the ball possession like bad touch, loose pass, receiving on the blind side, If defender is beaten in the 1v1 situation quick recovery required, encourage the GK and defenders to communicate

After dynamic exercises
Team will be divided into the group of two
Play begins with 1v1 defending and try to score whichever team will score the goal will get over all win
Variations - Players will switch the lines after every 1v1
Coaching points - Players should close the ball down as quickly as possible after making the first pass (fast), players should then slow down as they approach the attacker so as to not get beaten behind immediately (slow), players should adjust their body position so they are side on to the ball and the attacker (side-on) with their knees bent. (low), they should also angle their approach slightly to try and lead the attacker away from the goal they are defending.
