Description :
> split players into 3 even teams.
> 2 teams in the middle of the grid.
> 1 team on the outside with 2 players either side.
> players in the middle must look to keep possession of the ball.
> both teams can use the wall players on either side. When wall players receive a pass, they must pass the ball across to their teammate before ball can reenter the middle again.
> encourage wall players to be patient on the ball, if we cant get the ball back into the middle, can we use our wall player again?
> decision making needs to be done quickly, do not hold onto the ball for too long if we cannot get ball into middle, shift it quickly to the other side.
Progression :
> when ball is passed into wide area for wall player, a player on the opposition side who is chasing the ball can enter this zone to win ball back. If player wins the ball back the can dribble into middle.
Coaching Points :
> movement off the ball to create angles & options for players.
> decision making to be made early after receiving the ball.
> communication as to when & where we want the ball.
> be patient on the ball, don't be scared to start again.
> be composed & calm on the ball.

> players in middle can also use wall players on outside who will have 2 touches.
Progression :
> look to add a diamond into the centre of the field, allow players to know that if you pass the ball through the diamond to one of your teammates then this can also get your team a point.
