Organization
Groups of 4 inside a grid
one ball per group of two
Players move the ball back and forth (two touch to start)
on coaches command players one one side run around the cone and switch sides with the other player

Neutral player moves between both grids
One defender can move between both grids
Defenders cannot defend until attacking team gets first touch
attacking team keeps possession of the ball and looking to play to the other side
