Overview:
Three Central Players attempt to receive the ball from two centre backs and switch the ball amongst each other.
Stipulations:
Never having two players in same square.
Progressions:
1) Add Wide Target "goals" for centre-mids to play into
2) Add second opposing midfield player
3) Add offensive Full-Backs, Wingers, and then Forwards
4) Add Defensive players
5) Build into SSG with play through centre mid's

Developing Movement in Central Midfield Players
Session Overview:
Players in start in opposite zones with passing between two players on outside of the square. Once a successful switch of zone has occured the outside players (Centre-Backs) play into the zone to the player. Once the ball is switch to opposing side, the two outside players pass back and forth until the timing is correct to play into the zone
Coaching Points:
- timing of run and working off each other
- communication between two "zoned" players
- angle of approach
- receiving on the backfoot
- taking positive first touch out of feet
